Third Sector Centres was launched in September 2009 with the aim of providing intermediary services that bring together private sector suppliers in support of the voluntary sector. Third Sector Centres provides high quality serviced office facilities to charity and not for profit organisations. Essentially, the company provides the interface between the private and voluntary sector.
Third Sector Centres has a development business model that makes it possible to provide office space at affordable rents which bring charity groups and organisations together under one roof.
Third Sector Centres also works with tenants to ensure each office provides a range of tailored additional services. Now fully established the company is now ready to take forward its next stage of development.
This is an exciting time for Third Sector Centres and a whole range of services are now available. In addition to high quality office space, Third Sector Centres now offers a range of ‘pay as you go’ service which include registered address facilities, telephone line, mail management and consultancy services. In the near future the company will also offer ‘hot-desk’ facilities to those who work for or provide services to the voluntary sector.
